我國網民規模增長減緩微博用戶呈爆發增長

中國互聯網絡信息中心(CNNIC)于7月19日在北京發布了《第28次中國互聯網絡發展狀況統計報告》,截至2011年6月底,中國網民規模達到4.85億,較2010年底增加2770萬人,增幅僅為6.1%,網民規模增長減緩。

  引人注目的(de)是,在大部分娛樂類應用(yong)使用(yong)率有所(suo)下(xia)滑(hua),商務類應用(yong)呈平緩(huan)上升的(de)同(tong)時,微博用(yong)戶(hu)數量以高達208.9%的(de)增幅,從2010年(nian)底的(de)6311萬爆發(fa)增長到(dao)1.95億,成為用(yong)戶(hu)增長較(jiao)快(kuai)的(de)互聯(lian)網應用(yong)模式(shi)。

  微博(bo)用戶數量爆發增長

  2011年上半年,受眾(zhong)廣的(de)前五大網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)應用(yong)分別為搜索引擎(79.6%),即時通信(79.4%),網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)音樂(le)(78.7%),網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)新聞(74.7%)和(he)博(bo)客/個人空間(65.5%)。增(zeng)長較快的(de)前三個應用(yong)分別是微博(bo)(208.9%)、團購(gou)(125.0%)和(he)網(wang)(wang)上支付(fu)(11.7%)。從(cong)數據(ju)看,當前我國網(wang)(wang)民的(de)互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)應用(yong)主要呈現出以下幾(ji)個特點:

  1. 即(ji)時(shi)(shi)通信使用率增加,提升為第二(er)大應用。目(mu)前即(ji)時(shi)(shi)通信用戶已(yi)經(jing)達(da)到(dao)3.85億,應用使用率從2010年底(di)的(de)(de)77.1%提升到(dao)79.4%,半年用戶增長9.2%。即(ji)時(shi)(shi)通信已(yi)經(jing)提升為用戶規模第二(er)大的(de)(de)應用類型,僅次(ci)于用戶達(da)到(dao)3.86億的(de)(de)搜索引擎。

  2. 微博應用(yong)(yong)爆發,用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)數量(liang)增長率(lv)超200% 。2011年上(shang)(shang)半年,我國微博用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)數量(liang)從6311萬暴(bao)漲到1.95億,半年新增微博用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)1.32億人,增長率(lv)達(da)208.9%,在網(wang)民中(zhong)的使用(yong)(yong)率(lv)從13.8%提升到40.2%。手機微博的應用(yong)(yong)也(ye)成為(wei)亮點,手機網(wang)民使用(yong)(yong)微博的比例也(ye)從2010年末的15.5%上(shang)(shang)升至34.0%。

  3. 商(shang)(shang)務應用(yong)(yong)(yong)穩步發(fa)展,團購(gou)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv)快(kuai)速(su)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)。在經歷了2009-2010年快(kuai)速(su)增(zeng)長之后,商(shang)(shang)務類應用(yong)(yong)(yong)迎來了一段(duan)較(jiao)為平緩的(de)發(fa)展期。大部分(fen)商(shang)(shang)務類應用(yong)(yong)(yong)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv)都在增(zeng)加,如網(wang)絡購(gou)物使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv)提升(sheng)(sheng)至35.6%,半年新增(zeng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)1215萬(wan),增(zeng)長率(lv)(lv)為7.6%;團購(gou)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)發(fa)展勢頭(tou)迅猛,用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)已達到(dao)(dao)4220萬(wan)人(ren),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv)從4.1%提升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)8.7%,增(zeng)長率(lv)(lv)達到(dao)(dao)125.0%。網(wang)上(shang)(shang)銀行和網(wang)上(shang)(shang)支付(fu)的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv)也小幅上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)(sheng),網(wang)上(shang)(shang)支付(fu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)規模達到(dao)(dao)1.53億,半年新增(zeng)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)11.7%。

  4. 娛(yu)樂(le)(le)應(ying)用(yong)熱度繼續回(hui)落,用(yong)戶(hu)規(gui)模(mo)依(yi)然(ran)龐大。娛(yu)樂(le)(le)類應(ying)用(yong)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)率(lv)一直處于持(chi)平或(huo)下(xia)滑的(de)狀態。2011年上半(ban)年,網(wang)絡游戲(xi)和(he)(he)(he)網(wang)絡音樂(le)(le)的(de)用(yong)戶(hu)規(gui)模(mo)分別(bie)為3.11億(yi)和(he)(he)(he)3.82億(yi),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)率(lv)較2010年底分別(bie)下(xia)降2.3個和(he)(he)(he)0.5個百分點。網(wang)絡視(shi)頻用(yong)戶(hu)規(gui)模(mo)為3.01億(yi),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)率(lv)與去年底持(chi)平。娛(yu)樂(le)(le)應(ying)用(yong)的(de)相(xiang)對(dui)“衰落”和(he)(he)(he)商務應(ying)用(yong)的(de)穩步(bu)“興起(qi)”,表明了網(wang)民網(wang)絡應(ying)用(yong)水平的(de)提升。

  手機上網應用深度普遍提(ti)升

  2011年上(shang)(shang)(shang)半年,手(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min)對手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)深度進一步提升,各(ge)項應用(yong)在手(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)率基(ji)本都(dou)有(you)一定提升。2011年上(shang)(shang)(shang)半年,網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min)手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong),手(shou)(shou)機(ji)即(ji)時通(tong)信仍然是(shi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)率高的(de)(de)應用(yong),使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)率達到(dao)(dao)71.8%,較(jiao)2010年底的(de)(de)67.7%略有(you)提升。其次(ci),手(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)絡新聞在網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min)手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)率中(zhong)(zhong)排名(ming)第(di)二,達到(dao)(dao)62.6%,較(jiao)2010年底也略有(you)提升。而搜索在手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)率中(zhong)(zhong)僅排名(ming)第(di)三(san),達到(dao)(dao)59.5%,較(jiao)2010年底也略有(you)提升。這種差(cha)(cha)異(yi)(yi)是(shi)由于手(shou)(shou)機(ji)和PC的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)方(fang)(fang)式差(cha)(cha)異(yi)(yi)造(zao)成的(de)(de)。由于PC較(jiao)好的(de)(de)呈(cheng)現效(xiao)果,基(ji)于瀏(liu)覽(lan)(lan)器的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)行為(wei)還是(shi)相當普遍;但手(shou)(shou)機(ji)輸入(ru)、展示方(fang)(fang)面的(de)(de)劣勢(shi),使(shi)(shi)(shi)得客戶(hu)端模式逐(zhu)漸侵蝕網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)頁(ye)瀏(liu)覽(lan)(lan)模式的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)方(fang)(fang)式,而手(shou)(shou)機(ji)搜索的(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)就是(shi)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)頁(ye)瀏(liu)覽(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)方(fang)(fang)式。因(yin)此,搜索應用(yong)在手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)率并不是(shi)高。

  另一(yi)方面(mian),手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)微博(bo)(bo)成為2011年上(shang)(shang)半(ban)年增(zeng)長較快的(de)(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。雖然目(mu)前手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)微博(bo)(bo)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率還不是很高(gao)(gao),但增(zeng)長速(su)(su)度驚人,2011年上(shang)(shang)半(ban)年手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)微博(bo)(bo)在(zai)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)民中的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率達到34.0%,較2010年下半(ban)年的(de)(de)(de)15.5%增(zeng)加18.5個百分(fen)點。手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)微博(bo)(bo)快速(su)(su)發展的(de)(de)(de)原因主要有兩方面(mian):一(yi)方面(mian),微博(bo)(bo)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)2011年高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)發展,提(ti)供了龐大的(de)(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)微博(bo)(bo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶基礎;另一(yi)方面(mian),微博(bo)(bo)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)是一(yi)種能很好發揮手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)網(wang)優勢(shi)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong),有助于提(ti)升(sheng)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)微博(bo)(bo)服務的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)率。

  隨著智能手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)普及,越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)多(duo)(duo)的(de)(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶變身手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min),但(dan)由于大多(duo)(duo)數手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min)的(de)(de)(de)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)條(tiao)件(jian)仍(reng)(reng)然(ran)是2G的(de)(de)(de)窄帶(dai)移動(dong)互聯網(wang)(wang)(wang),因此無(wu)法(fa)流(liu)(liu)暢(chang)地使用(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)視頻(pin)等高(gao)流(liu)(liu)量手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)。而另一方面,目前手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)資(zi)費仍(reng)(reng)然(ran)偏高(gao),主(zhu)流(liu)(liu)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)流(liu)(liu)量套餐還是低(di)于100MB的(de)(de)(de),這也(ye)制約了手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)網(wang)(wang)(wang)民(min)對(dui)高(gao)流(liu)(liu)量手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。受此影響,寬帶(dai)移動(dong)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)服(fu)務(wu)仍(reng)(reng)然(ran)沒有成(cheng)為手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)流(liu)(liu),網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡音樂、網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡視頻(pin)、網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡游戲等高(gao)流(liu)(liu)量互聯網(wang)(wang)(wang)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)手(shou)(shou)(shou)機(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)網(wang)(wang)(wang)中的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)率(lv)排名靠后。
